MEET OUR COMPANY FOR THE THANKSGIVING PLAY!
Emily Sheridan is currently a sophomore at Fairfield from Westchester, New York. She is an undecided major with a minor in Theatre. This is her second time performing with Theatre Fairfield. Previous roles include Astronaut in Contact as part of Theatre Fairfield's 2020 production of Directors Cut. Emily is very excited to be working on the production and hopes you enjoy the show.
Jay Martins is a senior at Fairfield University with a major in English and a minor in Theatre. Recent credits with Theatre Fairfield include Love and Imagination, Director’s Cut 2020, and The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time.
Carlin Fournier is a junior at Fairfield from Rhode Island. He is a Marketing major with a minor in Theatre, and he is Theatre Fairfield’s Marketing Production Intern. Previous roles with Theatre Fairfield include Fortinbras in Fortinbras, Harold Dobbs in Proof, Peter Shaw in Silent Sky, Ed in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, Titus Andronicus in Titus Andronicus, and Hunter in [title of show]. He also directed Talking About It as part of TF’s 2020 production of Director’s Cut.
Tracy Ferguson is currently from Miami, Florida. She is a senior Theatre major with minors in Educational Studies and Religious Studies. Tracy is the Audience Relations Production Intern for Theatre Fairfield this year. She is also a member of the Fairfield University Glee Club and of Music Ministry. Previous roles with TF include Heidi in [title of show], Woman in Woman and Scarecrow, Betty/Woman 2/Monologue in Love and Imagination, and Lavinia in Titus Andronicus. She also directed The Competent Heart as part of TF’s 2020 production of Director’s Cut. She is so thankful to have gotten to work with such an amazing cast and crew, and she hopes you’ll enjoy the show!
Angelo Corsini, class of 2025, is thrilled to be working with Theatre Fairfield for the first time as the assistant stage manager for The Thanksgiving Play! He would like to thank Prof. Porter and his Stage Manager Lillie for all their hard work and guidance throughout the rehearsal process! He wants the cast to know he is happy to call them all new friends and that they were a pleasure to work with! Please enjoy the fruits, vegetables, and turkeys of our labor in The Thanksgiving Play!
Nora, from New Jersey, is excited to begin her freshman year here at Fairfield. She is a double major in Business and Theatre. Some previous roles from high school include Sister Mary Patrick in Sister Act, Brooke Windham in Legally Blonde, and Juror #2 in 12 Angry Jurors. She is thrilled to be both an actor and part of the crew in this production and can't wait for future opportunities with Theatre Fairfield.
Kai is a freshman at Fairfield majoring in Psychology. She is originally from Ghana, West Africa, and currently lives in Bridgeport, Connecticut. She is new to the theatre scene and has been having a wonderful experience so far!
LILLIE KORTREY (Stage Manager)
Lillie Kortrey is a junior history major and theatre minor. This is her third year being part of Theatre Fairfield. Most recently she was seen in Theatre Fairfield’s production of Love and Imagination (Jill/In Love Monologue). Lillie is also Theatre Fairfield’s Dramaturgy Production Intern, and has enjoyed working on another great Theatre Fairfield show with great people!
BRADY HANNEY (Director of Photography and Video)
Brady Hanney is a sophomore at Fairfield University from Point Pleasant, New Jersey. Brady is majoring in Film and Television and minoring in Music. His most recent credits with Theatre Fairfield include Jeff in [title of show]. He has performed in high school shows in both ensemble and leading roles. Winthrop Paroo in The Music Man, Bottle Dancer in Fiddler on the Roof, Dean in All Shook Up, and Chuck in Footloose. Brady is also involved in Fairfield's Video Game Club as well as their Big Band and Pep Band.

Jackob Hofmann is an Adjunct Professor of Acting and Director in the Theatre Program at Fairfield University, where he teaches, directs, and assists in other areas of theatre including dramaturgy and new play development. He has directed Off-Broadway productions for Abingdon Theatre (Engaging Shaw and Blame it on Beckett). His play, A Persistent Memory, was produced Off-Broadway at The Beckett Theatre, Theatre Row, by MBL Productions. Theatre Fairfield productions include: Rhinoceros, Avenue Q, Silent Sky, and Authenticity, as well as other original plays in TF’s ongoing series Theatre In The Raw / The Lucille Lortel Festival of New Plays.
He holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Directing from The University of Hawaii at Manoa. He is a proud member of SDC, Actor’s Equity, and SAG-AFTRA.
Dr. Marti LoMonaco is Professor and Resident Theatre Director―recent productions include The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, Anne Carson’s adaptation of Sophokles’s Antigone, Rachel Crothers’s A Man’s World and Shakespeare’s Titus Andronicus. She is the author of two books, most recently Summer Stock: An American Theatrical Phenomenon, editor of “Theatre Exhibitions,” volume 33 of Performing Arts Resources (Fall 2017), and since 2010, editor of “New England Theatre in Review” for New England Theatre Journal. She curated Bravo! A Century of Theatre in Fairfield County, a theatre history exhibition for the Fairfield Museum and History Center, and has curated three performance series for the Quick Center for the Arts. She teaches Directing, World Theatre courses, American Drama, American Women Playwrights, Acting, and graduate American Studies courses. She is also a Kripalu Certified Yoga Instructor, which is part of actor training in many of her productions. She holds a doctorate in Performance Studies from New York University.
Jessie Lizotte is a proud Theatre Fairfield alum from the class of 2018. She is a freelance scenic designer and general theatre technician based in Fairfield County, CT. Some past projects include Twelfth Night (Shakesperience Productions), Little Shop of Horrors (Fairfield Prep Players), and Mamma Mia (Norwalk Community College). She was resident scenic designer at Music Theatre of Connecticut for their 2019 and 2020 seasons, which included Ragtime, Steel Magnolias, Sylvia, Fully Committed, RFK, and It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play. Jessie is excited to return to Fairfield University to design The Thanksgiving Play.
As Costumier for the Fairfield University Theatre Program, Julie designs and builds costumes for TF productions, manages the costume shop, and mentors student theatre artists and technicians. Her TF costume design credits include Silent Sky, The Taming of the Shrew, Dead Man’s Cellphone, The Arabian Nights, and The Rocky Horror Show, among many others. She also collaborated with Shakesperience Productions in Waterbury, CT, costuming Shakespeare from Comedy of Errors to King Lear, as well as The Sword in the Stone and Alice in Wonderland. Before coming to Fairfield, Julie was an Assistant Professor of English at Westfield State College, the Assistant Costume Designer at Chicago’s The Goodman Theatre, and a freelance costume designer at Organic Theatre Company (Mere Mortals), Pyewackett Theatre (The Belle of Amherst), and Emerald City Children’s Theatre (The Wizard of Oz). She holds an MFA in Costume Design from Northwestern University, and a BA in Theatre and English Literature from the University of New Hampshire.
Lynne Chase (lighting designer) has lit over 200 productions nationwide. Highlights include Doubt (Portland Stage Company), As You Like It and Enchanted April (Pioneer Theatre), Light Up the Sky and La Bête (Two River Theatre) and Speed-the-Plow and Over the Tavern (Merrimack Repertory Theatre.) She has spent 17 summers working in rotating repertory and counts among her favorite shows Pericles, King Lear, Hamlet and The Glass Menagerie (Theater at Monmouth.) She has worked extensively at Horse Cave Theatre and Penobscot Theatre Company (Art, Betrayal, The Crucible, and Skylight among others.) Memorable shows at Fairfield include Arabian Nights, Cabaret, Three Sisters, Romeo & Juliet, Dancing at Lughnasa, Avenue Q and The Spitfire Grill. Anne is the Technical Director and Production Manager for Theatre Fairfield. She also teaches courses in Entertainment Technology, Prop Construction, and Lighting Design.
Lynne Porter is a theatre professor and the Resident Designer of Theatre Fairfield. At Fairfield, Lynne has designed numerous productions such as Avenue Q, Stop Kiss, Rhinoceros, The Rocky Horror Show, She Stoops to Conquer, Lend Me a Tenor, and Waiting for Godot. In addition to her work with Theatre Fairfield, Lynne has designed extensively with Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble, where she is an Affiliated Artist of the Ensemble. She has also designed for CT Lyric Opera, Harrisburg Shakespeare Festival, Southern Appalachian Repertory Theatre, Arden Theatre, Horizon Theatre, Penobscot Theatre, and the Maine Shakespeare Festival, among others. Lynne is also the Founding Artistic Director of Shakespeare Ventures, a professional classical summer theatre, where she both directed and designed.
