Hello everyone! My name is Katharine and I am a sophomore Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Communication double major. Past Theatre Fairfield credits include Letter Writer in Tiny Beautiful Things and Lillian in Lillian Goes to the Mirror from “Director’s Cut”.
I am so excited to be playing Nora in our production of DollHouse. Her story is so important to me and I am so honored to have been given the opportunity to share that story with everyone. I’ve been challenged in ways that I hadn’t possibly imagined but I am so grateful for the process. Thank you so much to the cast, crew, and production team for making this an incredible experience. Hi, my name is Angelo Corsini and I am a junior and a Communication and Theatre double major. This year, I am also the Dramaturgy Production Intern for TF. I am delighted to return to Theater Fairfield’s stage as Evan after acting in the company’s production of Pride and Prejudice as Mr. Collins, Wickham, and Ms. Bingley back in spring of 2022. Last fall I also directed The Late Afternoon (Around 3:45 or so) Before Christmas as part of last year’s "Director’s Cut". Before coming to Fairfield, I acted for community theaters across Long Island for seven years. I would like to thank Jan, Jamie, the stage management team and my fellow cast members for making the rehearsal process such a positive experience, as well as my family and theatre mentors for their unwavering support! Hi everyone! I am Nora Jacobi and I am a junior with a double major in Theatre and Marketing. I am also serving as Theatre Fairfield's Audience Relations Production Intern and am playing Christine. Past TF credits include Sugar in Tiny Beautiful Things, Loud Stone in Eurydice, Lydia Bennet and Lady Catherine in Pride and Prejudice, Wardrobe Crew for Project X, and Wardrobe Crew, Sound Crew, and Turktok actor in The Thanksgiving Play. I also directed Lillian Goes to the Mirror for "Director’s Cut" last year.
Christine is such an interesting and fun character that I have been given the privilege to explore and I can't wait to share what I've discovered with everyone! There are not enough words to thank the amazing team of faculty and students we have working on this project!
My name is Ryan Carrigan and I am a first-year at Fairfield University and I'm excited to be a part Theatre Fairfield’s Dollhouse! I have been involved in theatre for over ten years with various companies including Palace Theatre, and Seacoast Repertory Theatre. This is my first Theatre Fairfield production and I'm excited for everyone to see all the hard work the cast has done. I hope you enjoy the show!
Hi, my name is Courtney Sabogal and I am a sophomore double majoring in Communication and Public Relations with a minor in Marketing! I am beyond excited to be involved with my second year of Theatre Fairfield. I have previously performed in Eurydice (Big Stone) and Playtime (Nicole) as part of "Director's Cut" last year. I am so grateful to be on stage with such talented and amazing people!! I thank everyone for their hard work to make this production come to life!!
I am Ben Dressel and I am a Sophomore with a major in Social Work. I am excitedly playing Damien and returning to the Theatre Fairfield stage! Last semester I was in TF's production of Eurydice (The Father). Some of my past credits include Les Mis (Javert), Much Ado About Nothing (Benedick), Let It Be (Jude). It is a great honor to be sharing the stage with this flawless cast and a special thanks to my whole family for their continued support!
Hi! My name is Jane Oshatz and I am a first-year with a major in Psychology. I am very excited to be helping out with this production! This is my first production with Theatre Fairfield, and so far it has been an amazing experience. The cast has truly transformed this show into something beautiful, and I hope everyone gets the chance to see it.
Our Team:
Jan Mason is proud to be an instructor and director in the Fairfield University Theatre Program since 2014. In New York city she developed new plays as a director with Ensemble Studio Theatre (Theatre Lab Member); The Women’s Project (Director’s Forum Member); Rattlestick (Artistic Associate); and New Georges (Affiliated Artist and Roaring Girl). In 2023 her play Lost & Found was produced in a festival of new work in Vermont. Her play Jack & Jill was published in the inaugural June ’23 edition of Mini Plays Magazine and in the July ’23 edition of Literature Today. Jan is a member of Wild Geese Writers, a national, award-winning group of playwrights. She teaches playwriting at Hartford Stage and her dramatic writing is available through New Play Exchange. Jan is an Affiliated Artist with Hartford-based Capital Classics Theatre Company, and Associate Artistic Director for Connecticut Lyric Opera where she teaches master classes in acting and directs opera in Connecticut and Italy. Jan is a proud alumna of Punahou School in Honolulu; Emerson College in Boston; and holds her MFA in Directing from the University of Virginia. www.janmason.net
Lynne Porter is a theatre professor and the Resident Designer of Theatre Fairfield. At Fairfield, Lynne has designed numerous productions such as Avenue Q, Stop Kiss, Rhinoceros, The Rocky Horror Show, She Stoops to Conquer, Lend Me a Tenor, and Waiting for Godot. In addition to her work with Theatre Fairfield, Lynne has designed extensively with Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble, where she is an Affiliated Artist of the Ensemble. She has also designed for CT Lyric Opera, Harrisburg Shakespeare Festival, Southern Appalachian Repertory Theatre, Arden Theatre, Horizon Theatre, Penobscot Theatre, and the Maine Shakespeare Festival, among others. Lynne is also the Founding Artistic Director of Shakespeare Ventures, a professional classical summer theatre, where she both directed and designed. Over the past few years, Lynne has done extensive research on creativity and the design process, culminating in her book, Unmasking Theatre Design which was recently published by Focal Press. lynneporter.com
Dr. Edgecomb is joining the Theatre Program faculty as an Associate Professor in fall 2023.
He is a hybrid scholar/artist who teaches broadly across theatre and performance studies as well as queer/intersectionality studies. His research focuses on LGBTQ+ theatre and performance history in a global context, queer theory and performance ethnography.
Sean also creates contemporary queer folk paintings under the pseudonym Peter Kunt as an extension of his scholarly/performance work.
As Costume Director for the Fairfield University Theatre Program, Julie designs and builds costumes for TF productions, manages the costume shop, and mentors student theatre artists and technicians. Her TF costume design credits include Silent Sky, The Taming of the Shrew, Dead Man’s Cellphone, The Arabian Nights, and The Rocky Horror Show, among many others. She also collaborated with Shakesperience Productions in Waterbury, CT, costuming Shakespeare from Comedy of Errors to King Lear, as well as The Sword in the Stone and Alice in Wonderland. Before coming to Fairfield, Julie was an Assistant Professor of English at Westfield State College, the Assistant Costume Designer at Chicago’s The Goodman Theatre, and a freelance costume designer at Organic Theatre Company (Mere Mortals), Pyewackett Theatre (The Belle of Amherst), and Emerald City Children’s Theatre (The Wizard of Oz). She holds an MFA in Costume Design from Northwestern University, and a BA in Theatre and English Literature from the University of New Hampshire.
Lynne Chase (lighting designer) has lit over 200 productions nationwide. Highlights include Doubt (Portland Stage Company), As You Like It and Enchanted April (Pioneer Theatre), Light Up the Sky and La Bête (Two River Theatre) and Speed-the-Plow and Over the Tavern (Merrimack Repertory Theatre.) She has spent 17 summers working in rotating repertory and counts among her favorite shows Pericles, King Lear, Hamlet and The Glass Menagerie (Theater at Monmouth.) She has worked extensively at Horse Cave Theatre and Penobscot Theatre Company (Art, Betrayal, The Crucible, and Skylight among others.) Memorable shows at Fairfield include Arabian Nights, Cabaret, Three Sisters, Romeo & Juliet, Dancing at Lughnasa, Avenue Q and The Spitfire Grill. Anne is the Technical Director and Production Manager for Theatre Fairfield. She also teaches courses in Entertainment Technology, Prop Construction, and Lighting Design.
Jamie Monahan is an award-winning filmmaker, director, intimacy coordinator, and actress. Jamie executive produced, wrote, directed, and starred in the original sci-fi series LUCID, garnering a Best Pilot nomination at NYC Web Fest, digital distribution from DUST, and acceptance into the Sundance Institute TV Writing program. Jamie completed Level 1 and 2 of IDC’s Intimacy Coordinator training, fostering intimate safe spaces for performers. She is one of five USA Intimacy Coordinators listed on the SAG-AFTRA Intimacy Coordinator Pre-Registry. Jamie was the Intimacy Coordinator on the short films HEALING TREE, BETTY BITES BACK, and THE BIG 3-OH. She also worked as an intimacy coordinator on the feature film ESCAPING OHIO. Jamie is currently Intimacy Directing POWERHOUSE Off-Broadway and is excited to be working with Theatre Fairfield and Fairfield University as Intimacy Director for the 2022-2023 season.
Rachel Landy is thrilled to join Fairfield University’s production of Doll House as Sound Designer. She works full time as the Audio Engineer for the University of Hartford’s Hartt School. Her previous credits include Sound Designer of Capital Classic’s production of Water by the Spoonful, Sound Designer and Engineer at Derby Dinner Playhouse and Sound Engineer at Cortland Repertory Theater and Indiana Repertory Theater. Hi everyone, my name is Kylee Faulkner and I am this years' Theatre Fairfield Technical Apprentice! I am a sophomore English and Theater double major and have been involved with TF since my first semester at Fairfield. I have acted in Playtime for "Director's Cut" last year and was on the carpentry crew for last semester's production of Eurydice. I wish everyone luck in this production!!
Hey! I’m Avery DiVincenzo, and I’m a junior majoring in English and minoring in Theater. I’ve been working with TF for three years - ‘21 as assistant stage manager for Pride & Prejudice, ‘22 as paint crew and as makeup head for Eurydice, and this year as stage manager for DollHouse.
Hi everyone, my name is Samantha and I'm a sophomore this year at Fairfield U. I am a Political Science major and Theatre and Psychology minors. This is my first time being Assistant Stage Manager. Since my freshman year I have been involved in run crew for "Directors Cut" and costumes/make up crew for Eurydice. I am so excited to watch this show come to life. I’d also like to thank my friends and TF family for pushing me out of my comfort zone. Finally, shout out to Julie Learson for having me join TF in the first place.

Hi. I'm Eamon Roth, I'm a sophomore majoring in Accounting. I am on the paint crew for DollHouse and this is my first time working on a show at Fairfield. I'm super excited for the opportunity and hope to work on even more shows in the future.
My name is Anthony Lupercio and I'm a double major in Vis/Perf Music & Film. I'm very excited to be back with Theatre Fairfield! I was previously involved in the two productions of Tiny Beautiful Things as Letter Writer and Eurydice as Orpheus. Although I cannot act for Theatre Fairfield for this production, these actors deserve the spotlight! Regardless, I'm ever so thankful for Theatre Fairfield's positive impact on me and I'm looking forward to the performances!
Hi! My name is Elizabeth Thibault and I am a sophomore Nursing student. I am the "child wrangler" for DollHouse to help out the young actors featured in this production with their roles during the performances. I have previously worked on the paint crew of Eurydice and I love the behind-the-scenes work!
Hi everyone! My name is Emily Sheridan and I am a Senior Communication major with minors in Theatre and Public Relations. I currently serve as Theatre Fairfield’s Marketing Production Intern. Previous Theatre Fairfield roles include Lord of The Underworld in Eurydice, Charlotte Lucas/Mr. Bennet in Pride and Prejudice, Astronaut in Contact, as part of TF’s 2020 "Director’s Cut", as well as Logan in The Thanksgiving Play. I have served as Props Assistant for Title of Show, and Front of House for Tiny Beautiful Things. I also directed A Change of Pace by Edward Pomerantz as part of Theatre Fairfield's 2022 "Director’s Cut". I am very excited to be working on the production and hope you enjoy the show!
