Theatre in a Grim World

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused theatres across the country to go dark out of safety for audiences, actors, and crew members alike. We here at Theatre Fairfield are no different. While we are unable to produce shows as usual, we are striving to keep our voices heard and message strong. We have utilized many virtual platforms to promote Theatre Fairfield, our productions, our new relationship with The Quick Center, our outreach to the local communities, and the nationwide movements such as Black Lives Matter all while quarantined. This endeavor began with the launch of our virtual theatre experience TITUS ONLINE, which can be viewed in its entirety on our website. When we are able to return to our stage, we will build off of the work done here to become a stronger and more united theatre community than ever before. But until then, here’s what we’ve accomplished from the safety of our homes.
